Finally getting around to posting these, takes a while to get used to being on the other side of the camera!

This is one for the dentists...
This may appear to be a simple crown. But the reality was far different. The buccal wall that is visible was the only natural tooth left (above the gum), as seen on the second picture.

I completed a core build up after surgical crown lengthening on the palatal by @priteshrav
Re-root canal was then completed by our special interest endodontist.

Following this I carried out a vertical crown preparation which was then scanned, designed and milled in house by myself. I then used Matisse shade matching with optishade in order to map out the colours on the natural teeth, and then hand stained and glazed the crown with the goal of copying nature.

On fit day, I verified the colour using cross polarised photos prior to cementation.

How do you think I did?

Restoring nature and improving proportions using 6 composite veneers, 6 teeth composite edge bonding and gum re-contouring.

Orthodontics was used to improve alignment and bite prior to being referred to me.

🔄 Reversing years of wear with composite bonding.

This patient was referred to me after braces were completed to straighten the teeth. We carried out a small gum lift to improve proportions followed by whitening.

We then completed 6 upper composite veneers and 6 lower partial coverage composite restorations to rebuild the teeth to good proportions.

Techniques learnt from @drmonik at @freshdental_institute

This patient came to see us with gaps between her two small lateral incisors. She had previously had composite bonding which was broken and failing.

After an in depth discussion, we chose to place two beautiful non-preparation porcelain veneers from @vivodentallab to lift her smile to the next level.
